I also have two remote access options that you may find extremely convenient as well. Maybe you don't have available space for a new consultant; maybe you just don't want some accounting stiff coming into your home office; maybe you're on the other side of the state and you worry about the time it might take for your bookkeeper to get to you; or maybe you just have a mid-month reconciliation emergency...Regardless of the reason or your preference, I can accommodate you with an FTP server through which you can upload electronic files and documents to me; or via direct remote desktop access through which I can, from here, access the files on your computer at your location, without any travel on either end. (And don't forget the oh so very convenient technology that became so popular in the 80's...that lonely old fax machine in the corner still wants to do its job, and my fax machine would still welcome some interaction!)
